Purpose: Turn brand strategy into belief-driven momentum. This playbook helps you map a full quarter of narrative arcs — each rooted in emotional tension, shaped by a core belief, and deployed across channels with rhythm.
Use It To:
Plan post-strategy execution cycles
Break macro brand stories into micro weekly arcs
Align teams across content, paid, lifecycle, and ops
Create a system of story that performs

🎮 Narrative Campaign Structure

Your 12-week campaign = 1 Grand Arc, broken into 6–12 Narrative Arcs. Each Arc runs for 1–2 weeks, delivering a focused emotional tension + belief shift across all channels.

🧱 Step-by-Step Arc Mapping

Step 1: Define Your Grand Arc

What is the belief we’re reinforcing this quarter?
What emotional arc does the audience move through?
📌 Example:
Grand Arc: "Freedom is a system." Emotional Journey: Burnout → Clarity → Liberation

Step 2: Break Into Narrative Arcs

For each 1–2 week sprint, define:
Core Tension — What friction are we pressing on?
Belief Shift — What truth are we reinforcing?
Narrative Role — What POV are we taking (Mentor, Liberator, Challenger)?
Primary CTA — What action are we driving?
Memory Marker — What will they emotionally remember?

For each arc, specify:
Organic: Social, Blog, Founder POV
Paid: UGC, Search, Native, Video
Email: Lifecycle, Weekly campaign
Landing Page: Listicle, VSL, Quiz, Advertorial
Retention: In-app, Post-purchase, Community

Step 5: Sequence for Narrative Logic

Make sure arcs build, not just exist. Ask:
Are we escalating emotional tension?
Are we layering beliefs in sequence?
Is there a sense of momentum week to week?
Are we resolving what we’ve raised?
